Apple is rumored to be gearing up to make their own TV sets once more.

Are you thrilled about the possibility of an Apple TV hitting the market? Well, according to Mark Gurman from Bloomberg, the folks at Cupertino might just be considering the idea of releasing their very own television set under the Apple brand. This concept has apparently been in the works for quite some time now.

Depends a lot on the success of other products

Gurman also hints that the launch of an Apple TV hinges on the success of other hardware products that the company has in the pipeline. One of these products is a smart home hub that can be mounted on the wall to seamlessly integrate and control other smart devices from Apple. Rumors suggest that this hub will be powered by a new operating system called homeOS and will boast facial recognition technology.

And there’s even more…

In addition to the smart home hub, Apple is rumored to be working on an advanced version of the HomePod with a screen as big as two iPhones side by side. This new HomePod could be used for video calls, web browsing, checking calendars, and more, with a design reminiscent of the classic 2002 iMac G4.

Gurman also teases the possibility of a premium smart home device with a larger screen that can be controlled by a robotic arm, following the user around the room. This high-end device is expected to come with a hefty price tag of around $1,000.

It’s an exciting time for Apple enthusiasts, with the company exploring various innovative products for the smart home market. Stay tuned for more updates on these potential releases!
